Eternals are banned in several countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar

Eternals are banned in several countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar. This is because in this movie, there are same-sex relationship.

Angelina Jolie is sad about this matter and told Australian news site news.com.au in an interview, "How anybody is angry about it, threatened by it, doesn't approve or appreciate it is ignorant".

"And I'm proud of Marvel for refusing to cut those scenes out. I still don't understand how we live in a world today where there's still [people who] would not see the family Phastos has and the beauty of that relationship and that love."

Brian Tyree Henry acts as Phastos and is married to Ben, played by Haaz Sleiman. Thus, they are same sex couple in this movie.

"Eternals" will still be shown in the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt but certain scenes will be removed according to Deadline report.
