Mr and Mrs Smith actress Maya Erskine thinks Angelina Jolie is a total goddess

The new movie Mr and Mrs Smith actress Maya Erskine thinks Angelina Jolie is a total goddess.

Angelina Jolie acted the original Mr & Mrs Smith which was shown in 2005.

Maya felt self conscious about her appearance, partly because she just gave birth last year and she said, “I’d given birth the year before, I hadn’t exercised and I wasn’t really taking care of my body".

"You look at Angelina Jolie in the film and she’s a total goddess, and I was thinking: ‘Well, I can’t be her.’ I knew I was never going to push myself to get Marvel ripped and turn myself into this fucking babe.”

“These were not helpful thoughts, so I really had to accept that I was going to be a real woman, I’m not going to be perfect and that’s OK. I decided it would still be sexy, but in a different way.”

Angelina Jolie uses music as her medicine

Angelina Jolie is deeply influenced by music that she has to be careful of what she listens to.

She explained, "But if I hear a piece of music I will actually be moved towards it. If it's very deeply sad I might become more melancholy. If it has a great energy and rhythm and drums behind it, I might feel that extra bit of fight and fire in the day. So I have to be very careful what I put on because I know this about myself."

Classical musics makes her calm. Jolie tells why, "I need classical music because I move too fast. There's too much going on all at once and I think that much in my head is quite loud."

"It's the complexity of it that I think can keep your mind engaged and helps like a meditation to focus you and spark your mind. Because it has that complexity that makes you think in a different way".

"So I use it. But I use it like medicine when I need to be prescribed a certain tone or a certain influence."

Angelina Jolie's movie Beyond Borders had criticism by veteran aid workers

In this 2003 movie, Angelina Jolie acted as a a socialite, named Sarah Jordan Beauford who leaves her comfort life in England to join relief efforts of a doctor in Ethiopia.

Veteran aid worker Steve Hansch, who was hired as an advisor during the film's early stages, says the completed movie could put real-life workers at risk if local insurgents suspect they are linked to US espionage.

He wrote in the LA Times, "Hundreds of my friends and colleagues may well be put at risk now, because Beyond Borders gives credence to the notion that NGOs [non-governmental organisations] act secretly and repeatedly under contract to the CIA".

"By popularising an image of aid agencies working under instructions from the CIA, Beyond Borders may torpedo their real work in the field."

In reference to a scene in which the aid workers fight with soldiers in Cambodia, Mr Hansch continues: "Real aid workers do not kill local soldiers with their bare hands."

One of Hansch's friend who was an aid worker, was killed in Chechnya after being wrongly suspected of working for the CIA.

A UN spokesman said otherwise, "It's fiction; it isn't a documentary."
