Salma Hayek perceived Angelina Jolie as best director

Salma Hayek has worked with directors like Julie Taymor, and Steven Soderbergh and others but she perceived Angelina Jolie as her favourite director. 

Jolie directed her in the movie Without Blood. Jolie has directed movies like In the Land of Blood and Honey, Unbroken in the past.

Hayek said, "Angelina is the best director I’ve ever worked with. I absolutely loved working with her; enjoyed every second of it. It’s a tough piece but it was so delicious to come to work every single day. She is a genius and I think this might be her best movie yet. She did an amazing job, really."

Angelina Jolie considers Hackers as her first movie. In this movie, it was where she met her first husband Johnny Lee Miller. He was her co-star. They got married from 1996 to 2000.

Her first role was when she was six years old in 1982 where her father Jon Voight was also in this movie, Lookin to Get Out. 

In a 2020 interview with Collider, Softley said that Jolie considered Hackers as her first movie, he said, “Well, she calls it her first role. That’s how she describes it. Certainly her first lead role. I met her at the Berlin Film Festival a few years ago, when she was premiering one of her films, and she introduced me to the cast who were there as the person who gave her her first film and her first husband.”

Angelina Jolie almost didn't adopt son Pax

Angelina Jolie adopted Maddox from Cambodia in 2002. Maddox was her first child whom she adopted when she was single.

Her adopted Zahara from Ethiopia in 2005 and she adopted Pax from Vietnam in 2007.

She almost didn't adopt son Pax. She explained, “I did originally think not to adopt from Vietnam because Mad was Cambodian and the two countries have a complex history.”

Then she changed her mind. She said, “I was reading a book on human rights and found myself staring at an image of a Vietnamese fighter held captive by Americans. I thought of my own country and our involvement in south-east Asia,” Jolie said. “I thought of focusing on a future where we were all family. I am very blessed to have been allowed to be their mom. I am grateful every day.”

Brad Pitt sold his Los Feliz, California home where he was staying with ex-wife Angelina Jolie for $39 million.

When he bought the house back in 1994, he paid for $1.7 million according to TMZ.

The house was listed for $45million in January. Brad stayed in this house for many years after his split with ex wife Angelina Jolie.

He will move to small beach city of Carmel in Northern California.

Angelina Jolie wants to venture into clothing line

 Angelina Jolie wants to venture into clothing line according to The Sun report on Wednesday.

According to source, she had already applied for a global trademark under the name Atelier Jolie.

The source claimed, "Angelina has been working on this project for well over a year and she hopes the trademark will be approved so she can move forward in her new venture."

The new plan will covers everything from custom-made jewelry to couture clothing and tailoring.'

"She is a huge advocate for sustainable fashion and this is something the brand will have a major focus on".

"The plan is still very much in its infancy but the wheels are in motion,' the source noted".

Apart from clothing and jewelry, Jolie also wants to include bedding and other household supplies.

About Jolie's views about the snake, she said, “I love ‘em. I suppose I like the thing that everybody doesn’t. I think they’re magnificent creatures, and I think it’s interesting in the film. It’s something that people are afraid of, to conquer it and to be at one with it. I believe in conquering our fears immediately or getting over anything you hesitate with.”

There was no snake repellant or standby antidotes for any accidental bites. “They weren’t defanged or anything. They fed them the day before so they wouldn’t be hungry. I mean, really, that’s what it was. And I just tried to get to know a lot of them and spend days with them so they’d hang on me. I’d spend a lot of days just walking around Pinewood studios with snakes attached to me, trying to get them, so I could have that comfort that she has. [The snake handlers] kind of said to me, ‘At worst, they bite you.’ But I don't think they were highly poisonous. It would be more like they bite, they aim for your face, they bite your face and the worst that’s going to happen is you’re going to have a bite mark and you’ll live.”
