He joked "We've been planning on this for months. Then Jolie added "I like to think of it more as a date. We're very comfortable tonight and just happy to be out and it's a nice night."

Angelina Jolie was spotted looking around a building that was situated in Manhattan's uptown Washington Heights neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon.

One witness told US "The building had work permits and it seemed like they were probably being remodeled for [buyers'] taste".

Angelina was looking in a happy mood. One witness said "She was nice. She waved to the cameras, said, 'hey guys.'"
