Angelina Jolie was spotted looking around a building that was situated in Manhattan's uptown Washington Heights neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon.
One witness told US "The building had work permits and it seemed like they were probably being remodeled for [buyers'] taste".
Angelina was looking in a happy mood. One witness said "She was nice. She waved to the cameras, said, 'hey guys.'"
