Kalil told Us Weekly at the 33rd annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party which was held in Los Angeles on March 2 that she doesn't believe it, "I still don’t see it, but I’m grateful every single time because she is stunningly gorgeous".

Kalil bump into Angelina Jolie at the Gotham Awards in December 2024 and she told Jolie, "Angie, I just want to say I love you so much", which Jolie responded, "Thank you" before she walked away.
