Angeline Jolie talks about her late mother, Marcheline Bertrand, who died from ovarian cancer in 2007.

Angelina told Extra "She lived a beautiful life. She was nothing but gracious and kind and she was proud at the end of her life when we talked about different things she wasn't able to do. She didn't have the acting career she wanted. She didn't have the writing career she wanted. And she had absolutely no regrets because she was happy to be a mother."

Angelina Jolie urge the world to stop violent in Syria



Angelina Jolie, who is also a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations High
Commissioner for Refugees urge the world to stop the violents in Syria. Jolie told Al Jazeera Balkans in an interview, "I think Syria has got to a point, sadly, where certainly some form of intervention is absolutely necessary."

"It's so sad, it's so upsetting, it's so horrible what's happening. At this time we
just must stop the civilians being slaughtered."

"When you see that kind of mass violence and murder on the street, you must do
