Angelina Jolie's 2004 Oscars dress was voted the best according to OnBuy.com poll.
The poll were run in 2022.
Her white satin dress was designed by Marc Bouwer.
Apart from that, in 2011, Cosmopolitan magazine has chosen this dress as one of the best Oscar dresses of all time, with the explaination, "Angie's one of very few people who can rock this material and this color — both being mercilessly unforgiving. But the dress drapes on her curves and shows off her assets in all the right ways."
In 2019, Harper's Bazaar perceived this dress as one of the 100 best red-carpet dresses.
Second place went to Kate Hudson with her Versace Atelier dress in 2003 Oscars.
Third place went to Keira Knightley. She wore a Valentino dress in 2015.
