Angelina Jolie visited Capitol Hill

Angelina Jolie visited Capitol Hill on Tuesday, which is on December 14 to speak to lawmakers. Representative Cori Bush, a Democrat from Missouri, said she talk to Jolie regarding about Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).

Bush told CBS News Nikole Killion about Jolie, "She's so informed".

Bush post on Twitter about Jolie, "I'm forever grateful to get to work in partnership with such strong women across the country in our movement to end domestic violence".

"As a survivor myself, this fight is personal".

"Thank you to Angelina Jolie for your leadership to put an end to violence against women".
