Each nanny will be assigned to each child and is required to have a college degree in either education or child development and to speak at least two languages whereby one is the language of the child's native land.
Apart from that, annother requirement is that the applicant must also be willing to travel.

you may think its a bit much but i think that it is a good idea for the nanny to speak the native language of the adopted child.
