Paris Hilton is doing something good, instead of shopping. She is following Angelina Jolie's footsteps by paying a visit to Guatemala, various village hospitals and sepnding some time with local families.
She keeps her fans updated pertaining the trips through her Twitter account.
When she was quoted by Sun, she responded "It's the most rewarding and beautiful feeling to give back. It's not hard, anyone can do it. It's all about your heart...It was a pleasure, those children touched my heart and soul. My outlook on life is so different now," she added.
