Angelina Jolie and her brother James Haven will divide their late mother Marcheline Bertrand's $1.2 million (£615,000) life insurance policy between them which is stated in her will.
Marcheline Bertrand died from cancer in January (06).The details of her will have been made public.
In an attachment in her own writing, Marcheline claims she's still owed $180,000 (£92,000) in spousal support from her estranged husband Jon Voight.She has named Anegelina Jolie and her brother Haven co-executors of her estate.She has also left $100,000 (£51,300) each to Jolie's children Maddox, Zahara and Shiloh.
