Jolie's spokesperson Mindy Nyby tells PEOPLE, “Angelina has decided to change counsel to Samantha Bley Dejean, as Samantha’s expertise is the protection and best interest of children. Angelina appreciates Laura’s cooperation in transitioning the case over the past several weeks.”
