Angelina Jolie and Robert De Niro among famous stars whose personal details surfaced online

Angelina Jolie and Robert De Niro among famous stars whose personal details surfaced online

A cybersecurity expert has described the leak as the biggest he has ever seen.

Jeremiah Fowler said the breach originated from New York’s annual Tribeca Film Festival, which was co-founded by De Niro.

The leak is believed to have been caused by human error after three databases connected to the festival were exposed.

The leaked data reportedly contained personal information such as phone numbers and private email addresses.

Mr Fowler told the publication: "It’s really unique because these individuals are so guarded and they protect their personal privacy, their contacts, their phone numbers".

After identifying the breach, the security expert notified the festival, and the database was subsequently taken down from public access.

He later received a message from a legal executive confirming that the issue was actively being investigated.

He said, "They responded pretty quickly, so it was obvious they knew what it was and that it shouldn’t have been there".

Angelina Jolie's daughter, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt drops dad's last name

Angelina Jolie's daughter, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt drops dad's last name. She filed paperwork in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking to legally change her name from Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt to Vivienne Marcheline Jolie.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Vivienne cited "personal" as the reason for the name change.

A source exclusively told Page Six, “This is what complete and total parental alienation looks like — it’s awful, deliberate and unnecessary, only serving the interest of the parent feeling some perverse pleasure at excluding another caring parent from her children’s lives.”

“If Brad isn’t close to the kids, it’s because of the harm that was done. The children are now adults and make their own decisions, which deserve respect. If they choose to distance themselves from him, it comes from that pain and harm.”

Angelina Jolie's mansion is preventing her from escaping from Los Angeles

Angelina Jolie's mansion is preventing her from escaping from Los Angeles.

A source told Daily Mail, "Angelina is smart, she knew it would take a while to sell the property even though it is gorgeous and legendary, because the housing market has slowed in Los Angeles, but it still is annoying".

"She wants to get away from Los Angeles and her memories there with her ex Brad Pitt. It’s time for a new phase in a new city with her children in tow".

"As soon as they turn 18, she can leave the US with them. She would never leave even one of them behind.

"She can still leave even if the Los Feliz house has not sold, but that’s frustrating. It would be nice to be done with the past".

"However, she can go anywhere she wants, she has plenty of money. Her heart belongs to Cambodia."

Tilda Swinton was too shy to say hi to Angelina Jolie at an event

Tilda Swinton was too shy to say hi to Angelina Jolie at an event.

Swinton looked back on an early moment where she initially bonded with Almodóvar because they both felt like outsiders at a large event attended by many famous figures.

Swinton tells, "Angelina Jolie was there. We had Liza Minnelli over here and we had Sacha Baron Cohen over there and Angie was there. And both Pedro and I were scorched with the glamour of it. We just couldn't believe that we were present."

During the annual round table discussion arranged by The Hollywood Reporter,  Jolie revealed that she felt the same way.

She said, "I never go out really alone, and was not sure anybody wanted to talk to me, and probably would have, I would have been so happy had they said hello".

Kim Kardashian thinks she is more famous than Angelina Jolie

Kim Kardashian thinks she is more famous than Angelina Jolie

An insider tells Star(2012), "One of Angie's team members pointed the story out to her, thinking she'd get a good laugh out of it, but she actually got annoyed".

"Angie works super hard to make an impact on the world with her charity work and everything else she does. The last thing she wants is to be compared to someone as shallow as Kim, who just shops and makes public appearances. She thinks Kim saying these things actually drags down her reputation."

"Though Angelina tries her best to stay out of the Hollywood spotlight, she is furious that Kim would use her name simply to get media attention. "It's ridiculous that Kim would think she's more famous than Angie".

"Angie says they're not even in the same league."

Angelina Jolie doesn't want to turn over financial records dating back to 2017

Angelina Jolie doesn't want to turn over financial records dating back to 2017. Pitt's legal team argues that Jolie made her financial condition relevant by claiming she needed financial independence, so records from 2017–2019 are necessary to test those claims.

Jolie's attorneys respond that she never claimed she was in general financial distress; rather, she sought to separate her finances from her former husband and disentangle herself from their shared business relationship.

Her lawyers also argue that requiring records going back to 2017 would be a significant invasion of her privacy, noting that she has already voluntarily provided financial records for later years (2020 and 2021).

"And what I want them to hold on to. It's kind of reminding me what I  may have lost. And I think in some way, they're bringing me back to my old self".

Angelina Jolie was intimidated working on "Couture"

Angelina Jolie was intimidated working on "Couture".

She told "Extra" at the NYC premiere of her drama "Couture", "I've always loved international film and I think it's one of the joys of being an actor or a filmmaker that you get to cross into other people's cultures and lands and learn about them and make friends and it's one of the best things about my job."

"Working in France with such great French actors and such a brilliant director and well, the whole crew working with the French crew was I can tell you it was intimidating at first. I don't come to it assuming I fit in and I have a great respect for French cinema. I was grateful they welcomed me."

"We have so many different languages and so many different people, right, from Ukraine, Sudan, America, France… and it's not represented other then just being this is the world we live in as it should be. So, I hope we see more of that. I hope it just becomes more natural in cinema to have many languages, many people and stories overlapping and living side by side in community and telling shared stories."

"I think it is very exciting and we haven't seen enough of it."

Angelina Jolie thinks she is more punk now

During an interview with Variety, Angelina Jolie was asked whether she considers herself punk.

Jolie replied,"I think I’m more punk now. Yes, it has an energy, but it’s also kind of the counter movement to a lot of what’s happening. So even sometimes my privacy or not completely being sucked into a lot of things or movements — sometimes the doing less, or being private, when the world is the way it is right now, that is an opposite."

"I think my fighting spirit is finally back. I lost it for a bit. I got kind of taken down a little bit and it’s coming back in large part thanks to my children, who are now older, and encouraging it."

"My kids are almost all 18, so now they want to see me traveling the world, they want me to get out and do things. They know me more than anybody, and they still like me, which says a lot. I think they’re very encouraging of me kind of getting back to aspects of myself that maybe I hadn’t felt as free to do."

Zarina shared that Angelina Jolie inspired her to become an actress.

She posted on her Instagram, @zarinayeva.

Growing up, I watched Angelina Jolie’s @angelinajolie films and dreamed of becoming an actress. Seeing her talent, strength, and presence on screen inspired me to believe that storytelling could change lives. She was one of the reasons I fell in love with acting in the first place.

Meeting her in real life meant more than I can put into words. What struck me most wasn’t just her beauty or her incredible career—it was her energy. She has a presence that fills a room, yet at the same time she is warm, kind, and genuinely attentive. When she speaks to you, she makes you feel seen and important, as if you’re the only person in the room.

I’ve always admired not only her work as an actress and producer, but also her humanitarian efforts and the impact she’s made far beyond Hollywood.

This was one of those full-circle moments I’ll never forget. ✨

Thank you, Angelina, for inspiring so many of us to dream bigger

Angelina Jolie hosted a dinner and discussion at Atelier Jolie in N.Y.C

Angelina Jolie hosted a dinner and discussion at Atelier Jolie in N.Y.C. There were 20 guests, included Columbia University's Dr. Rita Charon, a general internist and literary scholar, as well Alice Winocour.

In her speech, she shared about the movie, "Couture", "It has something to say that I thought could be useful to people, showing how everyone is dealing with things that make us very human, and that if we can figure out how to live through challenges by leaning on each other and having more empathy towards one another, the better and less alone we will be".

"Alice is a wonderful director and approaches the stories of the women in Couture with sensitivity and hope. The film is not about an end for my character but rather about a renewed desire to live life until your last breath which particularly resonates with me at this time in my life".

"I am not sure I was strong enough even five years ago to do this. To be open and trusting to share and be vulnerable again".

"Things happen in life that take us off path. We lose ourselves and we feel isolated. I would have given anything to have my mother alive to be there for her grandchildren".

Angelina Jolie tries to make at least one movie every 18 months to maintain her lifestyle

Angelina Jolie tries to make at least one movie every 18 months to maintain her lifestyle.

Source said, "There are aspects of moviemaking and movie acting that are always going to be annoying to Angelina, but she is resigned to the economics of the situation. Movies have been and will continue to be the way she makes her money, for the foreseeable future."

"Angelina isn't greedy. She is willing to work on a smaller film or as part of an ensemble cast for a discounted rate, but she would never do this stuff for free. To continue to live the way she does, and to maximize her family's privacy, security and overall lifestyle, she's going to keep trying to make at least one movie every 18 months, if not more."

"She's still got deep contacts at Marvel and A-list admirers like Christopher Nolan who will build a blockbuster around her if she wants. But she is digging deeper into the European film scene and she likes what she's finding there."

Jolie is also challenging herself to carefully consider every opportunity that comes from a female writer or director.

Source added, "That's an area where she can actually make a difference and highlight new voices."
