Meghan Markle wants to move to New York City

Meghan Markle wants to move to New York City. She wants to achieve success like Angelina Jolie and Amal Clooney.

A source said, “Living close to the UN will give them so many opportunities to spread their wings further into philanthropy and politics".

“They’re both keen to get more involved, as well as attending all the big conferences and doing a ton of power-schmoozing on the east coast. Meghan sees herself as the next Angelina Jolie or Amal Clooney.”

“Amal started her legal career in New York, while Angelina was a fixture in the city as she established herself as a Goodwill Ambassador. So, this – on top of the obvious social benefits and tax breaks in New York – makes moving there a no-brainer.”

“Plus, it’s a short hop to Washington DC, which is great for Meghan as she broadens her interest in politics".

They will still keep their California home.

There was no advance notice and the case was closed. High-profile attorney Amanda Kramer told the media, 'Our position is that victims and survivors should be able to access federal agency records of crimes they experienced or reported, as is common at the state level, so they can advocate for help and trauma care and legal protection for their children and themselves'.

'Our client has been seeking such records for years and has been stonewalled and has had to resort to court action to receive those much-needed records. Legislative remedies are necessary.'

Angelina Jolie talks about victims of war

Angelina Jolie talks about victims of war Angelia Jolie talks about victims of war. She post on her Instagram, "Over the past 60 years, civilians have been the main victims of war. Thousands of civilians have been killed. Others don’t have food, water, heat or shelter. Millions have been forced to flee their homes.

Both soldiers and civilians are protected under the Geneva Conventions. An attempt to limit the damage done by war, and reduce suffering.

The 4 Geneva Conventions:

• Protects the sick, wounded, medical and religious personnel during conflict

• Care for the wounded, sick and shipwrecked during war at sea

• Treat prisoners of war with humanity

• Protect all civilians, including those in occupied territory

From these conventions come the rule of war. They are universal. All sides in conflicts have to follow them.

The basic rules:

• Civilians can never be targeted
• The sick and wounded have a right to be cared for - no matter whose side they are on
• Medics and aid workers should be protected
• The things civilians need for survival - like food and water - should not be denied or destroyed
• Prisoners deserve fair treatment. They must not be tortured or abused
• Weapons which cause excessive or untargeted damage should be limited
• Rape and other forms of sexual violence are expressly forbidden

BREAKING THESE RULES IS A WAR CRIME".

Angelina Jolie almost turned down Clint Eastwood's "Changeling"

Challenging is a movie about a single mother (played by Angelina Jolie), whose son, Walter disappeared mysteriously from their home.

Jolie almost reject the role, she explained, "[The idea of] anything happening to your kids... [That was] the reason I didn't want to do the film for a long time. I read [the script] and wanted to keep it as far away from me as possible. But it's also a great story of justice, and I love the film. But, no, every day on set, I came home, and I was so clingy to my kids I think I bugged them. I was grabbing them, and I was checking them in the middle of the night. It scared me; it still scares me."
