Angelina Jolie
Initially Angelina Jolie was selected by director Stefano Salvatito to act in a part in his 1996 film Jolly Blu but he choose Italian TV star Alessia Merz instead. The reason was Angelina Jolie is too sexy.
He said: "Angelina was too blatantly sensual and rebellious, while I was looking for someone sweeter."
Then he adds: "I had already directed Angelina in the music video for Venditti's song Alta Marea - her first performance.
